Stupid Trends

I fully understand that i have already written a post on social media trends but lately social media sites are filling up with yet a new trend. Didn't we only just survive the last one?!

There is 2 'trends' that i would like to speak about today which i have currently heard a lot about. These are:

  • The CharlieCharlie Challenge

                      and
  • The Paracetamol Challenge
Lets start with the more obvious one, the CharlieCharlie Challenge. Now this challenge is supposedly summoning a Mexican demon called Charlie into your house and he can answer yes or no questions in a way which i am not stupid enough to tell you because i know that some people just cant help themselves when hearing how its done.

Yet like all trends, there is a fallback to it, apparently if you do not say goodbye to Charlie you have let your house open to other demons and spirits to roam free in your house meaning you will experience paranormal occurrences. WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT THIS!?

Im dreading talking about this next trend, but how else are we going to learn?...

Deep breath, you can do this. Ok. Now this challenge is not as popular on the social media as i strongly hope that people have realised the stupidity behind it but unfortunately it is still here.

The Paracetamol Challenge.

This award itself deserves a Darwin award as it is a challenge to see how many paracetamol you can swallow at once. STUPID RIGHT?! People have DIED from this challenge as their body shut down from purposely overdosing drugs which are meant to help sickness yet they took people to their graves, that is the cold harsh truth.

It shouldn't exist, either of these challenges should as how are we setting the standards for younger years as they grow and have their own children? What about our future children?! We want them to be safe, not driving them to hospital after a sinister challenge they did as a dare on social media?! It hurts to know this is what the world has come to.

Thats the reality of 2015. There you go.

To you all, I'm just a Hidden Identity
