So today I'm going to write about what things were like at age 6-10 vs 14-18 because why not?! Im going to concentrate on sleeping i think, yup sounds good.
At age 10 i was waking up everyday at 7am and then running around like a fat kid in a sweet shop. Looking back, where the actual heck did i get all that energy?! It did not bother me in the slightest and i would repeat this day after day no matter how early or late i went to bed, such a contrast to now.

Sound familiar to anyone?! Suddenly one day i woke up very late and then all energy is gone and I'm sleeping so much more and i want to eat everything in my way and not exercise or run around as much. I blame school. School is the culprit. It just makes you so tired and if it wasn't for school i wouldn't see the first half of the day because id sleep through it, simples.
SLEEP IS SO PRECIOUS. USE IT WHILE YOU CAN.
